Biographical Note:

Mary Adams has a love for art and telling stories.  After being inspired by Beatrix Potter, she decided to put the two together and create a heritage for her family.  The Mice of Highland Cottage is patterned after her own home, and she has added bits and pieces of family tradition to her stories.  She enjoys baking, knitting, reading, watching movies, and being inspired by people throughout history.  She has a passion to help children learn how to read, and volunteers at her local elementary school.  She loves many things, but being a wife and mother is her greatest joy.   She resides in Idaho with her husband and 3 children.
