Biographical Note:
Karen Staten grew up in southern Idaho. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in English. Her hobbies are reading, writing, and weaving. She raised seven children on bedtime stories and now enjoys reading to an ever increasing number of grandchildren. She lives with her husband Jim in Bentonville, Arkansas.
